All attendees, speakers, sponsors and partners at the event are required to read the following code of conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event.

We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of participants or other people involved in the event in any form.

Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, Twitter and other online social media. Conference participants, crew, violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.

cancellation policy

If you are unable to attend, please cancel as soon as possible so we can facilitate someone else. Cancellation is possible via conference@materialennl-platform.nl

- Conference ticket purchase is final. No refund will be provided with cancellation.
- Cancellation of the hotel room after 2 December: 100% of the hotel room price needs to be paid
- Cancellation of the hotel room before 2 December: 75% of the hotel room price needs to be paid
